Your grade for this quarter will be based on five components:

  • Lab notebook:
    • mid semester 10%
    • semester end 10%
  • Lab performance 20%
  • Experimental proposal 15%
  • Final presentation (oral) 20%
  • Lab reports:
    • Report #1: Hypothesis 10%
    • Report #2: 14-3-3 Mechanisms
      (Literature) 5%
    • Report #3: Results 5%
    • Report #4: Phylogeny
      of 14-3-3 5%
