Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship in Stem Cell Biology and
Regenerative Medicine
The Department of Biology, in collaboration with the Institute for Regenerative Medicine, will again sponsor the Summer Research Fellowship in Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine. This program will provide a $5,000 stipend for qualified Penn undergraduates to conduct research in stem cell biology research for 12 weeks with Penn faculty.
Interested students should identify a Penn faculty member to sponsor their research project and submit their application by April 14, 2008 to rschultz@sas.upenn.edu. A list of potential faculty can be found using the link below.
Successful applicants will be notified on April 21, 2008. At the end of the program, each student will present a 15-20 minute talk on their research project to the other students and participating faculty.
