 Dr.
Wei Guo was selected to be a 2003 Pew Scholar in the Biomedical
Sciences. Only 20 recipients were chosen from among the most promising
biomedical researchers in the nation for 2003, from a pool of
nominations from 120 institutions. The Biology Deparment is very
