The garden is available to groups both within and outside of the University for rental. There is no parking available to attendees, however for catered events a space is provided for one vehicle.
Fees are as follows:
- Groups under 50 participants: $100.00
- Groups of 50 to 100 participants: $150.00
- Groups of 100 to 150 participants: $200.00
Groups of people over 150 participants cannot be accommodated due to the
size of the garden, unless not everyone will be arriving at the same time.
If you have a large group, please query first.
A grill is permitted in the garden subject to approval. There is a grill available for rental for a flat fee of $35.00. Please give adequate notice if you should need the grill so that propane tanks are available.
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed as long as the stipulations in the agreement form are followed.
Any group misrepresenting the number of attendees shall be charged a fee in keeping with the current fee schedule for the additional persons invited plus $50.00. An additional fee for exceeding the 150-person limit per event shall be charged of $500.00.
