Professor Eric Weinberg, Undergraduate Chair for the Department of Biology, welcomes all Penn undergraduates and any questions about planning a degree in biology. Our Undergraduate Program in Biology can introduce you to the many ways of understanding the function and diversity of living organisms.

We have recently updated our policy regarding credit for high school biology courses and our departmental AP policy - contact the Academic Office if you have additional questions.

The Biology department's AP exams for BIOL 101, 102, and 121 will be given during the first week of the fall semester. Date will be posted here when finalized.
