those you plan to take. Bring this form, together with the information
form, to the Academic Office, Leidy Lab room 102.
During your meeting with your major advisor, discuss your course
selections. The aim is to construct a combination
that closely reflects your specific
interests. Once you and your major advisor have signed this
worksheet, retain a copy for yourself and return the original
form, along
with
your
major file, to the Biology Department Academic
Office, Room 102 Leidy Lab. You may make changes in your
course plan, even after your advisor has signed the course
plan. It is your responsibility to be sure that your new course
choices fulfill the major requirements, as described in this
