You can also pick up a copy of this form in the Academic Office. Additionally, fill out the course selection worksheet available in this manual or from the Academic Office.   Note: In order to be considered for acceptance into the Biology Major Program, you must have completed, at Penn, either Biol 101 and 102 or Biol 121 and 124 or a more advanced course in the major. The average grade for all completed courses in the major must be at least C (=2.0). No course in the major may be taken pass/fail.
