Hello majors,
Just a few items that I've come across that might be of interest...
Nominate your favorite Biology TA! The University is accepting nominations
for excellence in teaching by graduate students. Think back over
all the wonderful interactions you've had with graduate students
in the
Biology department and acknowledge one who has made a significant
contribution to your education. Nominations can be made online at
http://www.upenn.edu/grad/ta/taprizeNOMform.html - but the deadline is tomorrow, March
31st!

The Symposium for Undergraduate Research in Biology (SURB)
Poster Session will be Tuesday, April 26th from 2-5
pm (note
this is
a change in the

Students will be available by their posters to answer questions
about their research. All are welcome!
I'm sure I'll get a dozen more announcements as soon as this
