This program considers how forms of bias are reflected in our prejudicial, stereotypical, and assumptive belief structures that can have a detrimental impact on our academic culture and our interpersonal interactions.  Additionally, we’ll discuss the expectations around diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing an opportunity to highlight the culture, practices and protocols of what diversity means at Penn.
